3. User Accounts
Some JSAI features require an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You should not share your account credentials with another person.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.
4. Candidate Information
JSAI depends on information supplied by you to provide relevant career assistance.
You agree that information you provide should be accurate and reasonably complete.
Truthful Information
You must not intentionally provide false employment history, education, certifications, professional qualifications or other information for the purpose of misleading employers.
Your Resume
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your resume and other application materials generated or modified through JSAI.
5. Artificial Intelligence
JSAI uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies to provide some of its features.
AI-generated results may include job matches, summaries, recommendations, resume modifications, cover letters and other application-related content.
AI Results May Be Incorrect
Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate results.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it when review is reasonably possible.
No Fabrication
JSAI is designed to tailor application materials using information available in your profile.
JSAI should not be used to fabricate qualifications or misrepresent your professional background.
6. Job Matching
JSAI may generate compatibility scores, recommendations or classifications for employment opportunities.
These results are estimates generated using available information.
A high match score does not mean that an employer will contact you, interview you or hire you.
JSAI does not control employer hiring decisions.
7. Application Automation
Certain JSAI plans or features may provide automated or semi-automated job application functionality.
Depending on the available technology and integration, JSAI may assist with:
- Finding suitable job postings.
- Evaluating job requirements.
- Selecting application materials.
- Tailoring resumes.
- Generating cover letters.
- Completing supported application fields.
- Tracking application activity.
User Control
Where supported, users may configure whether applications require review or approval before submission.
Third-Party Application Systems
Not every employer or job platform will support automated applications.
JSAI cannot guarantee that an automated workflow will function with every external website, application form or recruitment system.

9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use JSAI lawfully and responsibly.
You must not use JSAI to:
- Submit intentionally fraudulent applications.
- Misrepresent another person's identity.
- Create false professional qualifications.
- Attempt to bypass security controls.
- Interfere with the operation of JSAI.
- Access accounts or data belonging to another person without authorization.
- Scrape or systematically collect JSAI data without authorization.
- Use automated systems to abuse or overload the service.
- Use JSAI for unlawful purposes.
10. Plans, Subscriptions and Payments
Certain JSAI features may require a paid subscription.
Pricing, billing intervals, included features and usage limits will be displayed before purchase.
Recurring Subscriptions
If you select a recurring subscription, your subscription may renew automatically according to the billing terms presented at checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided by JSAI.
Cancellation may stop future charges but does not necessarily result in a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

Your Content
You retain your rights in content that you provide to JSAI, subject to the licenses and permissions necessary for us to operate the service.
This includes information contained in your resume, candidate profile and application materials.
12. Disclaimers
JSAI is provided as a technology service intended to assist with job searching and application workflows.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JSAI does not guarantee:
- Employment.
- Interviews.
- Job offers.
- Employer responses.
- Accuracy of every job posting.
- Accuracy of every AI-generated result.
- Availability of third-party job websites.
- Successful submission of every application.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JSAI and its operators, affiliates, employees, contractors and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
This may include losses arising from employment decisions, missed opportunities, inaccurate application information, third-party service interruptions or unsuccessful applications.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using JSAI at any time.
JSAI may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, including in cases of serious violations of these Terms.
Where appropriate, JSAI may provide notice before taking action.
Certain provisions of these Terms may continue after termination where their nature requires continued application.
15. Changes to These Terms
